Cannot sponsor a student visa — but may still consider you later

These programs cannot issue an I-20, so an F-1 is not a route in. Most set no citizenship rule, which means a permanent resident or someone who already holds work authorization may still be eligible. That matters because the usual path is not a student visa at all: the COA requires your critical-care experience be earned in a US intensive care unit, so most people arrive as a working RN and apply once they have status. Ask each program directly — this is what its page says today, not an admission decision.
