Who's behind Boost CRNA

Boost CRNA is built and owned by Boost Anesthesia — a company focused entirely on the people moving into nurse anesthesia. It came together the way the best tools do: out of frustration with how scattered, outdated, and expensive the road to CRNA school had become.

To build it right, we brought together a team of advisors who have actually walked this path — practicing CRNAs, current SRNAs who recently navigated admissions, and nurse educators — working alongside engineers who turn that hard-won, insider knowledge into tools you can actually use. Their experience shapes the program data, the tools, and every piece of guidance here.

We're not a venture-backed startup chasing scale, and we're not a faceless content mill. We're a focused team building one thing well — and when you reach out, you're talking to people who care about getting it right.

Why we built this

Getting into a nurse-anesthesia program is one of the most competitive paths in healthcare. The difference between accepted and rejected is often not clinical skill — it's how well a candidate communicated their story, understood the landscape, and prepared for the specific demands of each program.

Most applicants navigate that through scattered forum threads, outdated posts, and word of mouth. There was no single place that combined real program data, preparation tools, and honest guidance about what programs actually want. Boost CRNA was built to be that place.

What we're here for — and what we're not

Boost CRNA is a platform of tools and resources. We don't coach you on what to say in interviews, put scripted answers in your mouth, or guarantee admission to any program. No one can guarantee that — and anyone who claims to should raise a red flag.

What we do is give you what you need to figure it out yourself: real program data, AI-powered tools that surface your story and your clinical experience, and honest guidance on what programs actually look for. The work is still yours. We just make it a lot easier to do well.

We built this because access to good information shouldn't cost $1,000 or more. The core tools are free, and paid plans are a fraction of what coaching programs charge. We'll never put basic program information behind a paywall — that shouldn't depend on your ability to pay.
